You probably know the dangers of having uninvited birds around your home. First ,they can cause disease should they come in contact with us. Pigeons, for example, carry no less than 8 serious diseases which cause harm to people, and to a lesser extent your pets. Birds can also hold insects on them such as ticks which can cause even more disease. Nearly all bird species are carriers of some type of human-related disease. For this reason by itself we should not be touching any wild birds or manually cleaning up after them.

Birds can also make your home look awful, cause annoying noise, and more. Woodpeckers can destroy your trees by creating holes in them for their nests, not to mention the noise they make as they are knocking the holes in your trees. Birds can roost under your solar panels. This can cause all kinds of issues including noise during many times of the night and day. Birds of any species can roost on or around your home and cause all kinds of damage to it.

Bird feces is extremely acidic and will cause any surface it drops on to have problems over time. A perfect example is pigeons.
